WCR Property is a private property company with offices in Caerphilly, just north of Cardiff and Ashford, Kent. We are a small focused team with a very efficient decision making structure. The team is lead by Anthony Record MBE with Mike Wallace MRICS responsible for overseeing the property side. Kevin Saunby ACSII (Check) is Group Company Secretary and Terry Hill and Brian Gatehouse are the Project Managers with responsibility for Kent and South Wales respectively.

Through a careful selection process aided by an absence of need to purchase irrespective of value for money just to achieve set targets, the groups portfolio has been built up to include a mix of:
